Hi! I love rock climbing/bouldering (I’ve barely started learning how but I’m overly obsessed with it already), hiking, biking, being outside all day long, growing things, cooking things, urban gardens, being inspired, being happy, laughing. I’m learning about living healthier too.
I started this after finding all the inspiration from the tons of awesome fitblrs out there. Especially that quote “It takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Don’t quit.”
This was my journey through 12 weeks.
But now this is more than just a healthy workout blog. I want it to motivate me everyday to live better, more passionately, freely and without doubts.
Because happiness is not a destination, it’s a way of travel.
